This line looks good, put it in aliasdir/.courier-technik and remove the entry from etc/aliases. Never tried that .xalias-thing myself, but the code from courierlocal looks at the first character and (only) if its a pipe the remainder will be executed via /bin/sh. Thats why I jumped at the parentheses...
