MessageI run courier with outlookexpress 6 as a client. OOTB, no settings adjusted, I have zero problems, except it doesn't make use of server side sent/draft folders.
A quick setting tweak in OE gives me server side sent/draft. (set INBOX as root, and switch sent-items to sent) and it's working fully. The INBOX as root is unavoidable, but I've seen some people set up a symlink from sent-items to sent, and that fixes that without a client side tweak. ----- Original Message ----- From: Paul Goodyear To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Monday, January 28, 2002 11:13 AM Subject: [courier-users] Outlook and Outlook Express support After trying to find a decent IMAP server, some one has highly recommened courier-imap, so I am doing a little reading. And asking. 99% of the clients are going to be running either Outlook Express 4/5/6 or Outlook 2000/2002. Is courier-imap fully compatable with these clients? I'm not concernd in features being availabel or not, just don't want error messages and warning pop'ing up every where, like with many other mail servers. pgudge _______________________________________________ courier-users mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] Unsubscribe: https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/courier-users
