Hi List, Just playing around with the quota in the webmail server :) To test out quota's (Since i'd only seen it a 0% usage, I use 50M quota's) I dumped 100 uuencoded copies of /boot/System.map into my mailbox. This nicely filled it up to 100% usage.
While this harrasment was being put on courier (for i in `seq 1 100` mailx ) I saw the usage counter go up and up, and then suddenly back to 3% and 7% untill it finally finished on 100% and no new mail arrived. After deleting 50 mails and getting usage back to 40% (delete and remove from trash) I deleted the remaining mails to the trash (but didn't empty the trash). My quota usage was now at 0% even though all the mail was still in my account, stored in the trash.
