I have OPEN-LDAP working here in my Company, and you can configure Outlook
Express and Outlook to search for names in the LDAP. The drawback is that
you cant use the autocompletation feature for address with LDAP like
Netscape does.
To use the autocomplt... the addresses must be in the "Address Book".
And to search for the addresses inside the LDAP server is too complicated
for the common users.

I was thinking in a windows client program that consult the LDAP server for
any actualization of the addresses and actualize the "WAB" file. Anyone
knows how to do it?

This is than main reason I am testing Netscape. I am not want to go to
Exchange server, but the stupids managers complain all the time about the
address. I think that will be useful for us that defend UNIX/LINUX as
servers, to think in solutions for the windows clients that are the 90% of
the stations.
