There's nothing on a particular message that labels it "spam". 

You'll need to cancel each message, one by one. 

Failing that, stop Courier completely.  grep the mail queue.  For message 
three files need to be removed: two files in msgs, and one file in msgq. Do 
not do this unless you are comfortable with manually hacking the queue, and 
you know what you're doing (and it sounds to me like you're not).
