On the Inbound ESMTP webadmin page there is a blank entry under "Incoming
mail filtering/blacklisting" heading. So it looks like this:

- delete
Add new DNS lookup blacklist Manual netblock blacklist/whitelist

I don't know what it is or how to get rid of it. when I click on the "-
delete" link it refreshes the page but it is still there. does anyone know
what this could be?
