maildrop would be the most flexible way, though there are ways to make 
courier files do what you want if you don't want to activate maildrop for 
some reason. 

Subscribe to the courier mailing list with the email address 
"[EMAIL PROTECTED]". Create a .courier-courier file according 
to the instructions in man dot-courier. Sorted.
