The message came out from your Courier server, which wrapped the 
misformatted mail.

There is no proper way to handle mail with broken MIME headers.  It's a 
known bug in Eudora.

Except that in this case, it is definitely a problem in your mail client.  
If you were to post the actual attachment from that notice, I will prove it 
to you.
