I got it to work wonderfully.

I had to deactivate it because my friend's server got blackholed (he's on a
"10$ a month" webhost, and they just don't care) and I haven't gotten good
at configing it's whitelists universally.

I installed it JUST for myself, but it should work for global mail delivery
also.
I put in my .courier:
| /usr/local/bin/spamassassin -P | /usr/local/courier/bin/maildrop


The -P tells spamassassin to pipe through, so I'm using it as a "plugin"
right before maildrop.
