Sorry for any trouble, but yes it does say that i need vpopmail. "configuring in authlib running /bin/sh ./configure ...............yadaydadayadaydada ...doin the configure thing... configure: error: ~vpopmail/etc/lib_deps does not exist - upgrade vpopmail to the current version or fix the permissions on this file configure: error: ./configure failed for authlib"
that was probably because i used the --authvpwchk option, which i get now, is speciffic to vpopmail. so now my question is limited to if there is a way of having virtual accounts (not on my system) that users can sign up for online (they sign up, their account is genorated, no intervension of the admin) > > > I was just wondering, to use SqWebMail, and courier, in a webmail environment >where you have virtual accounts for users, do i need to already have vpopmail >installed, and consequentially qmail? I know when i try to configure courier now with >authlib it says i need vpopmail, and vpopmail requires Qmail. > > You are completely mistaken. Actually, better yet, just go through the checklist > on http://www.courier-mta.org/FAQ.html#help > > > -- > Sam > > > _______________________________________________ > courier-users mailing list > [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Unsubscribe: https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/courier-users _______________________________________________ courier-users mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] Unsubscribe: https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/courier-users
