How do I add mailbox folders? I'm talking on an individual mailbox
basis. For example, if I wanted a folder called "courier-list" for
email I receieve from the courier list?
The "add folder" command doesn't seem to work from mozilla. Is there a
standard imap command the courier recognizes that will do this? Or do I
have to login to a shell account and manually add the directory to
Maildir/ ? What do I do if some accounts are mail only and don't have
shells?
And how would I add a "sent-mail" folder where all sent mail goes to?
This folder would be a system wide default folder for all users.
(If documentation exists for any of the above, please point me to it!)
