You can get the current file from:
        ftp://ftp.celestial.com/tmp/perl-Csys-Maildir-0.90.tar.gz

Do the normal:
        gtar -xvzf perl-Csys-Maildir-0.90.tar.gz
        cd perl-Csys-Maildir-0.90
        perl Makefile.PL
        make
        make install

Let me know about any problems, fixes, etc.
