Hello, I realize right off the bat that relay-ctrl is a program separate from courier-imap but I've been unable to find a mailing list that covers relay-ctrl. If you know of one please let me know. Getting on to the problem. I've setup qmail with courier-imap and relay-ctrl for people to check their mail away from work. Now in my maillog file I get this message:
Mar 8 21:40:11 mail imapd: Connection, ip=[::ffff:xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx] Mar 8 21:40:12 mail imapd: relay-ctrl-allow[5715]: Warning: $RELAY_CTRL_DIR is not set.. Mar 8 21:40:12 mail imapd: LOGIN, user=jason, ip=[::ffff:xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx] Now I've read form the README, that comes with relay-ctrl-3.0, the author of relay-ctrl says to: Create /etc/relay-ctrl directory then to put "/var/spool/relay-ctrl" into the first line of "RELAY_CTRL_DIR" in the /etc/relay-ctrl directory. I have done this. Put still I get this error message from imapd. Is there another place that this setting needs to be set at? Or a option that I need to use? Any help is greatly appreciated.
