Software installed -------------------- courier-imap-1.4.3.20020315 vpopmail 5.2 + mysql client tested: netscape IMAP client and squirrelmail and jawmail (webmail)
problem: Courier IMAP does not authenticate properly. If I login with domain name appended example [EMAIL PROTECTED], it does not query to mysql database properly. It will authenticate using wrong username eg "japloe". Sometimes it is ok and sometimes it does not. It is ok if I authenticate using username japlo without domain name appended. I used different client and the problem is the same. log file from database ---------------------- 334 Query select pw_name, pw_passwd, pw_uid, pw_gid, pw_gecos, pw_dir, pw_shell , pw_clear_passwd from vpopmail where pw_name = "japloe" and pw_domain = "freemail.time.net.my Your help really2 appreciated.
