You can't. A virtual domain is a virtual domain: all mail for this domain then goes to a single mailbox, and you simply cannot have other distinct and separate accounts in the same domain. You'll need to install .courier files in the virtual domain account's home directory in order to forward mail for selected addresses in the virtual domain someplace else.
