I assume you have set the root folder path within Outlook Express to INBOX. ? That will show all folders below INBOX., in essence your personal folders. The hierarchy for the shared folders is called "shared.". You have two options: Either remove INBOX. as your root folder path or Create a second account for your IMAP server and set the root folder path on that account to "shared." Et voila.
