You are claiming that courier-imap is broken, by refrencing a broken RFC, that
Sam has already shown/explained to you as broken.  You can't seem to grasp this
concept.  Sam is _still_ explaining it to you, long after I would have given up.
 

Bottom line, Sam/courier isn't going to change, and if you have a problem with
that, go use another IMAP server.  Just leave us alone.
