I haven't changed it.  It's been this way over many courier restarts and
system reboots.

This yields interesting results!  UID 111 is my virtual mail user, vmail.

I'm keeping fmp.com and bailey.fmp.com separate in the mail system, the
former being a virtual domain.  Unfortunately, I set DEFAULT_DOMAIN in
authmysqlrc to fmp.com and didn't find it when looking for this kind of
mis-config.  The alias account for the virtual domain fmp.com has _hundreds_
of these posts in it.

So that problem, at least, is solved.  There are others....
