Here's a log entry from my mail.log  (single line wrapped for convenience).

<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>: ezmlm-store: fatal: I'm sorry, you
are not allowed to post messages to this list (#5.7.2)

Why would <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> not receive a DSN on this?  Is there a way
to force this?  I _don't_ have DSNNOTIFY=N in /etc/courierd/courierd.
