I was wondering what this exactly means. Is it now possible for a logged in IMAP-User to send a mail directly via IMAP and not via SMTP? If yes, how is the E-Mail sent on the IMAP-Server? Does it use the sendmail wrapper or does it user localhost:25 SMTP-Service to send it? If it's the former I will have to change my Virus/Spam-Checking procedures....
