This is explained before few days in list, but again: copy your imapd.pem file to windows machine, edit file and delete all BEFORE "------BEGIN CERTIFICATE------" and AFTER "------END CERTIFICATE-----". Save file and import in IE - Tools->Internet Options->Content->Certificates->Import. Browse for edited file "all files *.*", and accept him. Thats all.
