My esmtpd cnfiguration has the -noident and -nodns directives in it.  I'm
pretty certain it isn't a firewall issue since I am testing from the console
by doing a telnet localhost 25.  Both 127.0.0.1 and my 192.168 addresses are
in /etc/hosts.
