  mrsam> Courier-IMAP are also capable of setting MAILDIR: authldap,
  mrsam> authmysql, authpgsql, and authuserdb.  That is, when using
  mrsam> LDAP, MySQL, Postgres, or userdb authentication a non-default
  mrsam> maildir location may be specified.  There is no equivalent
  mrsam> information available in /etc/passwd, hence modules that use
