Thank you. These are files going to the state from a local Municipal.
Their expecting the size of the attachment. Until Albany provides a
better means of transferring the attachment, we're at their mercy :-/

You're sending 30 MB files via email?! Most sites will not allow 30 MB
messages into their system. 10 MB is a more reasonable size limit.
Courier by default also has a size limit of 10 MB. I would recommend
that you transfer those files via FTP or HTTP, but if you must send them
via email, then put in a size limit of more than 30 MB in the
courier/etc/sizelimit file, and restart courier, but make sure your
recipient's system can handle such a big email, or it will still bounce.
