I have setup Courier-IMAP on a new box and I'm currently testing it's functionality but when I put a password with less than 8 chars I get a Login failed error. This is on Courier-IMAP 1.5.3 and the passwords are in a LDAP directory. With my old mailserver, I can login no problem but it's running Courier-IMAP 1.4.4, is there something that has been change so the password has to be over 8 chars or something?
