According to http://www.inter7.com/courierimap/INSTALL.html, when "make install" runs, if /etc/pam.d exists, the files /etc/pam.d/imap and /etc/pam.d/pop3 are created. My version (1.5.3) did NOT create these files during install even though /etc/pam.d exists.
I have RH Linux 7.3 and courier-imap 1.5.3. Did I miss something or am I viewing the wrong INSTALL document?
