I've got a user, unfortunately addicted to Outlook 2000,
who is experiencing problems when using IMAP (internet)
mode with courier-imap as the server. He has three IMAP
accounts on the server, all configured to check for new
mail. Whenever he runs Outlook, one of the mailboxes
will come up as "offline" and will not connect. If he
tries to read messages on that mailbox, he get's a message
about the headers not being available.

I have set the client timeouts up to 5 minutes, without
much effect. The funny thing is, the other two accounts
seem to work fine. And it's a different account that
fails each time. POP, of course, works just fine.

Any suggestions? I'm gonna see if I can talk them into
using Mozilla, but I doubt that will work.
