[courier-users] install-webadmin-password

I built rpms from the courier-0.40.0.20021026.tar.bz2. the only config optino that I used was --enabble-https=auto

I want to use webadmin. step 2. of the configure webadmin section of the install .html says to "make install-webadmin-password".
Where is install-webadmin-password or in what directory do I type "make install-webadmin-password"?

When I installed the rpms there was was a /usr/lib/courier/etc/webadmin/password file. What is the default password?
