Someone else did the mysql hack for the standalone maildrop build. I do not remember if quota support was included. It's trivial enough to check: if maildrop's mysql config file does not specify the quota field, it ain't gonna happen.
I want to be clear. Msql config file support quota field but I don't want to loose my time to configure something does not exist.
My question is:
This quota field support notation like: 1024S, 30C ( this is a Maildir++ format). Also, if i have 1000 users accounts and more domains, and all are virtuals, and all have the mailbox directory located in /home/mailusers/domain1/user1/Maildir or /home/mailusers/domain2/user2/Maildir, i don't want to run maidirmake 1000 times! Also, i want to know if quotawarn message is working for my scenario. Are a lot of stuff regarding quotawarnmsg but nothing concrete regarding my question!
Also, in need soft quota and count messages for each virtual mailbox and this feature i preferre to be cotrolled using quota mysql field contents, and no other primitive methods ( like manual configuration)! Shortly: i need a method which generate automatically the file maildirsize with the correct Maildir++ format!
So, this is the reason for i want to discuse with a developper. Are to many questions that are not treated in courier-imap or maildrop documentation!
Can anybody tell me a succes story regarding this problems?

Otherwise, just run maildirmake. It's not like you'll need to do it every day. It's a one-time deal. That's what scripts are for.
