Quite possibly.

Not officially. Someone made RPMs for Suse at some point, and I made
my own here at work. The SPEC file for Suse needs a lot of tweaking,
because Suse is quite different from RedHat. Let me know if you want a
copy of the spec file. I can email it to you, and you can try to build
your rpms from it.
