Hi Everybody!! I am having the following problem:
Lately, I moved my home directories to another location. I also moved the home directory of the vmail user I use to house virtual mailboxes on my server. Thus, I didn't have any IMAP connectivity. So I set up a new userdb with the new data and compiled it using makedb. But still I don't have access to the mailfolder. The log says: Chdir Maildir: no such file or directory If I edit the imapd.rc file so that the line invocing the tcp-daemon reads .... ....../imapd /path/to/one/maildir/ instead of ......./imapd Maildir everything works fine for the users mailbox I gave as argument to imapd. Shouldn't the information on what maildir to use be given by the auth module??? What am I missing here? I'm very confused, especially because the very same setup worked fine before I moved the home-dirs around..
