Is there a way to configure either Outlook Express
or Courier IMAP to allow me to create top level folders other then
INBOX? When ever I try to do so from OE I get an error message
stating
"Your folder could not be created the IMAP server
refused to create it."
Looking at the details I am told that it is and
"invalid folder name".
I know I've seen postings of similar problems and
the FAQ explains that it is due to a improperly configured email client, but if
that is so what do I do?
