Thanks.  It wasn't configured.

And also I didn't notice the save all button in the webmail interface.

You have to setup an autoreply and then apply a rule to use it. I made the mistake of 
thinking that you only have to set up an autoreply.

To me the install doc wasn't too clear on this. Just a comment.
