[courier-users] Courier IMAP 1.6.1 make error

Hi
I'm having some problems compiling Courier IMAP 1.6.1 on RH7.1.
I keep getting the error below on 'make check'.

Compiling autoresponse.c
autoresponse.c:7:38: autoresponsequota.h: No such file or directory
make[1]: *** [autoresponse.o] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/src/courier-imap-1.6.1/maildir'
make: *** [check-recursive] Error 1

I followed the install instructions - untarred the source and ran configure and 'make check' as a non-root user.

I've found this problem reported before on the mailing list but have not seen a solution.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
