Also, the MOST IMPORTANT thing is that [EMAIL PROTECTED] is a local account
to which I can send messages just fine.

The log shows that this message was rejected by recipient's mail filter. It failed. What's stuck is the bounce.

If you care, look at its control file to see why this recipient rejected this mail.
