C-U - F-F,
I am still running FreeBSD 4.7 stable with courier-MTA and Fetchmail
installed. I beleive I have tried everything to resolve the issues with
fetchmail unable to inject mail into courier MTA or courier not accepting the
relay.
This box is Intranet and I have tried using domains of localhost,
127.0.0.1, the nic interface of 10.0.0.27, and a made up name of okitek.org.
None of these names resolve ofcourse. But Fetchamil and Postfix worked with
these names.
I have read other post with this problem and have tried the fixes, none
have worked.
Has anyone got courier and Fetchmail working together from within an
Intranet no FQDM. Do I need to set up a dns server to please courier? I
thought the /etc/host file would sufice.
