In /usr/local/etc/imapd (which is where I put the --prefix),
like this?:

        IMAPDEBUGFILE=imap.log

Also, does one have to kill -HUP the daemon, or does it just figure it
out? Thanks for the tip, BTW! I should be able to use this to figure out
what Mail.app is doing w0rng....
