Please, help me with the courier-imap setup.
Running the starting script I get this:

AUTHFAILURE
INFO: LOGIN, user=user, ip=[127.0.0.1]
* PREAUTH Ready.
}
Afther that, I notice, that it does not serve the port #143, the
connection is established, but interrupts right away.
I am not sure, where is the mistake, running the couriertcpd, authdaemon
or imapd itself.
I've got OpenSSL installed on the machine.
Also, I cannot find the logs, I find no traces of it in /var/log/messages,
and the logger seems to be missing. I have compiled the software, getting
the source from the original site, and probably, the compiling options
were incorrect?
