[courier-users] Removing sendmail and Installing Courier mail on FreeBSD (4.7)?

Hi,   I've having some difficulty installing courier mail on a fresh freebsd 4.7 box. I've included the full "dmesg -a" log at the end of the message and I've highlighted the specific errors in the following text.   Installing Courier Mail on FreeBSD HOWTO? Where is documentation for installing courier mail on freebsd? Is there any?   Removing Sendmail? What needs to be done to "remove" sendmail sufficiently so that courier mail will work with FreeBSD (4.7)?   I'm not quite sure how to ensure that sendmail is turned off or "removed" completely. I've set 'sendmail_enable="NO"' in /etc/rc.conf. During booting I get the following error messages relating to sendmail/courier mail.   Starting standard daemons: inetd cron sshd usbd sendmail-submit sendmail: ERR: submitclient: EOF from submit. 432 Service temporarily unavailable. sendmail-clientmqueue sendmail: ERR: submitclient: EOF from submit. 432 Service temporarily unavailable. . Initial rc.i386 initialization:   What is going on here? What needs to be done to remedy this?   Installing Courier Mail I"ve installed courier mail using "make install" in the courier ports directory. I've moved the pam settings into /etc/pam.conf. What else needs to happen for courier mail to be installed correctly on freebsd?   I get the following messages during booting (and after 'courier make install'). This error also occurs when I run the startup rc.d script.
