Control relaying via IP address or IP block.  This only works if your users are in a controlled network (or at least have fixed Internet IPs).   2. Control relaying based on esmtp authentication.  This is implemented in Courier by default.  If you set up an account for authentication, then it will be allowed to relay if it authenticates the connection.  See http://www.courier-mta.org/install.html#esmtpauth.  Just don't make the mistake of enabling "AUTH_REQUIRED" or your incoming mail will die.   3.
