[courier-users] Conversion: mbox to Maildir

Please forgive me - I know this has been asked before.
I need a utility to yank emails from mbox files (the old MTA was sendmail) into Courier's Maildir format. They are all on the same box already. (BTW: I'm using FreeBSD 4.6 - so a utility in the FreeBSD ports would bw ideal).
PS: Perhaps I'm blind, but I don't see any facility to search this mail list archive on the SourceForge Mail Archive website ?!?
