Please use <time>.<pid>_i<inode>.<hostname> or
<time>.<pid>_<count>_i<inode>.<hostname> as Paul suggests, because
<time>.<pid>_<inode>.<hostname> may collide with the old
<time>.<pid>_<count>.<hostname>.
