Though I think it is fair to warn you that asking a question like "Is it possible to make my email addresses case-insensitive?" is likely to get you the answer "Yes". More useful would be a question like "How can I make email addresses case-insensitive?"
Once you get the general idea with those pages, any specific problems and
question can be directed to this group. People here are generally pretty
good at answering questions or at least pointing you to the right place in
the docs.
