Is there no one out there experienced with freebsd + courier-imap +
mysql? Could someone maybe point me in the direction of someone who can
help me?

Thanks,
Jim

Subject: [courier-users] FreeBSD 4.7, Courier-imap 1.6.2, mysql 3.23
client/server

Hello,

I want to use courier-imap with mysql auth. This is on FreeBSD 4.7. I
have both the mysql323-client and mysql323-server ports installed.
Shouldn't this give me the dev libraries that I need to compile
courier's authmysql? Courier-imap's configure doesn't seem to recognize
this, and doesn't build authmysql. It should show up in
/usr/lib/courier-imap/libexec/authlib right?

Do I need to pass something to configure or is there some other mysql
port that I need to install? Could I just get authmysql precompiled for
freebsd from someone?

Any help would be appreciated,
Jim
