The problem has for outlook clients. No CPU loads for Netscape or
webmail clients.

Now the problem is solved.
In the config file /usr/lib/courier-imap/etc/imapd
I deleted in IMAP_CAPABILITY variable, the value IDLE and I left the
variable IMAP_IDLE_TIMEOUT by default.

Now, no more CPU loads for outlook clients.
