That would be relatively simple, but it has to be implemented in the
MUA: Don't automatically access any resources which are not part of
the same message. Inline images which are sent as parts of a
multipart/related message can be displayed automatically, but images
with a file: or http: URL cannot. If the user explicitely clicks on a
link or chooses to display an image, that's ok, but it shouldn't happen
automatically.
