[courier-users] Accounting for imapd and pop3d

Hi!

I've just downloaded and compiled courier-imap-1.7.0 . Everything went fine and I have a working imapd service running. For billing our customers I need accounting data per account. I tried to install the accounting patch mentioned on http://www.inter7.com/courierimap.html from ftp://ftp.aerasec.de/pub/linux/courier-imap/ .
This seems to be for version 1.6.1 of courier imap and produces errors when patching version 1.7.0:

Does anybody know another patch for this purpose? Or a different starting point for my problem? I'm going to also use the courier-pop3d (if it will work with the roaming-users feature of vpopmail).
