I assume you are using selfsigned certificates. If so, do they all (the
ones for Postfix and the ones for Courier) are made off the same CA?
Try to delete the SSL-Certificates from your application (Mozilla or
whatever) and try to reconnect. You may have to restart the MUA after
deleting the certificate.
