Sorry for asking again, but I didn't get any answers....
currently I got stuck on a problem (with a customer of my company).
Perhaps anyone could help me out (I just don't know what to try any
more).
We've set up a QMail/VPopMail/Courrier-IMAP/SMTP-AUTH/SpamAssasin System
on SuSE 8.0 (Kernel 2.4.20, OpenSSL,... everything you need).
Everything runs fine...
Now the customer has updated from Office 2K to Office XP. (this means
Outlook XP) The IMAP connection to the maildirs worked as expected
before, but after the update a connection was not possible. Any other
program works as expected (with the IMAP-server).
The error message is ("Unbekannte Anfangssequenz", sorry don't know the
english expression of this error... The meaning seems to be, that the
IMAP-server sent an unknown sequence at the start of the connection
(perhaps during the handshake)).
Any ideas would be fine,
