I'm in the same boat as I'm running courier-imap-1.4.2. Since I built it, I deleted the source directory where I compiled it so I don't know what configure options I used. Can I get that info from any of the IMP executables?
Nope, and neither can you get that info from anyplace else.
As long as you get the authentication modules right, the rest doesn't matter a lot.
